  I see a lot of negative reviews and just want to share my experience. Unfortunately I have a lot of experience with hospitals and emergency rooms. While I have never before experienced such long wait times (5 hours on Wednesday and apparently 7 hours on Thursday) the staff here are very courteous, kind and truly do care. They prioritize patients by symptoms and there is always the ambulance bump. The staff did everything they could to keep me comfortable until I could be seen. I ended up back on Saturday and the staff was quick to help me get better. I think the wait time reflect more on population and possibly the need for more ER drs and nurses if the wait times continue to be so long.
